При этом дополнительно учитывается и годовой доход заемщика. В Португалии размер ипотеки не должен превышать 40% от цены приобретаемой недвижимости. Факт приобретения недвижимости в европейской стране не является основанием для получения ВНЖ. Исключением является покупка недвижимости в рамках участия в специальных программах «Golden Visa».
