David's core expertise is hotel financial underwriting — the process of translating operational data (RevPAR, ADR, OCC%, channel mix) into a defensible valuation and investment case. He works with both NOI capitalisation and DCF methodologies, and maintains REALIVO's proprietary comparable transaction database used for per-key benchmarking across European markets.
