Olha Huzdub leads the Partnerships function at REALIVO GROUP, building and maintaining the network of legal advisors, valuation firms, operators, and regional brokers that makes cross-border hotel transactions possible. Her network spans 12 European jurisdictions, giving REALIVO clients access to vetted, transaction-tested local counsel in every market where we operate.
She also manages REALIVO's relationships with hotel management companies and operators — a critical component of deal sourcing, since operators are often the first to know when an owner is approaching exit.
A hotel transaction in Spain requires different expertise than one in Montenegro or Portugal. Olha's work ensures that REALIVO clients never face a gap in local legal, tax, or operational advisory coverage, regardless of target geography. The network includes senior hospitality lawyers in 8 countries, two of the Big 4 hotel valuation firms, and operator relationships with 15+ independent hotel management companies.
