About Taras Ivanyna

Taras Ivanyna co-founded REALIVO GROUP alongside Sergio Molodan and serves as Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for the operational infrastructure that makes REALIVO's off-market deal flow function at scale — including the proprietary pipeline management system, the NDA and data room protocols, and the buyer qualification process.

Taras built the processes that allow REALIVO to manage 50+ active seller mandates simultaneously while maintaining the confidentiality standards that institutional sellers require. His focus is on the systems side of the business: making sure every buyer sees the right deal at the right time, and every seller gets a qualified pool of counterparties without operational disruption.
