Taras Ivanyna co-founded REALIVO GROUP alongside Sergio Molodan and serves as Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for the operational infrastructure that makes REALIVO's off-market deal flow function at scale — including the proprietary pipeline management system, the NDA and data room protocols, and the buyer qualification process.
Taras built the processes that allow REALIVO to manage 50+ active seller mandates simultaneously while maintaining the confidentiality standards that institutional sellers require. His focus is on the systems side of the business: making sure every buyer sees the right deal at the right time, and every seller gets a qualified pool of counterparties without operational disruption.
The REALIVO off-market process is not a single deal — it is a repeatable system. Taras designed the protocols for how seller mandates are onboarded, how buyer mandates are matched to active opportunities, and how information flows through the NDA and data room stages without leakage or misuse.
