About Sergio Molodan

Sergio Molodan co-founded REALIVO GROUP in 2018 with a mandate to bring institutional-grade advisory to the European hospitality transaction market. Over the past decade he has advised on hotel acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio transactions across Spain, Portugal, Montenegro, Croatia, Italy, and the UAE.

His focus is on complex, cross-border deals that require deep local market knowledge combined with access to international capital.
