При этом дополнительно учитывается и годовой доход заемщика. В Португалии размер ипотеки не должен превышать 40% от цены приобретаемой недвижимости. В Испании при использовании ипотеки для покупки недвижимости, кредит должен быть выдан за пределами страны. Проценты под ипотеку в банках этих стран ниже, чем в Украине.
