NDA execution → full material release.

LOI → POF / KYC → Data room → Closing.

Teaser and name disclosure under NDA.

Assets you shortlist move under a mandate-specific NDA — countersigned by both principals. At that point identity, memorandum, and financials are released to you in a controlled stream. Only pre-qualified buyers see this material; the seller sees only the ones we have vetted.

LOI submitted through Realivo.

Data room and closing.
