В Испании при использовании ипотеки для покупки недвижимости, кредит должен быть выдан за пределами страны. Проценты под ипотеку в банках этих стран ниже, чем в Украине. Например, в Португалии маржа составит от 1,7 до 2,5%. Гарантией ипотеки обычно становится объект покупки. Кроме того, практически везде для получения займа необходимо показать уровень своих доходов.
